We provide services to a wide of variety of age ranges, from children to geriatric mental health care. Our mission is to help individuals reach their full potential in life by providing premier mental services to individuals in need of support services. Our goal is to remove the stigma of mental illness, while reducing wait times for services. We have a proofing model that has helped thousands of individuals suffering from a mental illness. 

Telepsychiatry Services

We utilize HIPAA approved teleconferencing portals that will allow licensed mental health providers to conduct psychiatric services from a remote location. Our staff of Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Professional Counselors, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers have the ability to provide treatment and counseling through remote access kiosk and healthy home model.  

Telemedicine Training

We provide a 32 hour training course for all state licensed personnel. This course is a complete training module that will equip your staff with the necessary information on how to use telemedicine services to enhance the quality of care for the client and/or residents they care for.

Medical Director Services

Our approved LMHP has the ability to provide clinical oversight for your behavior health services. To ensure that your clients are receiving the best quality care and services. Our providers are able to provide support and training to other key mental health providers with your organization.

Now you can receive mental health services without leaving your home. We will send a Care Specialist into your home on the day of services. We will conduct vitals and connect you to your provider within your home by utilizing mobile technology. Our in-home specialist are trained and prepared to assist you with receiving services at no cost to you.

Transition Care Management (TCM)

One Telemed is currently providing TCM services for Aetna Better Health and AmeriHealth Caritas of Louisiana members being discharged from a Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital. Within seven days of being discharged, one of our Licensed Professional Counselors will conduct a Telemedicine Assessment from the comfort of the patient's home. We also have a staff of Psychiatrist and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners available to assist with Medication Management Services.
